1. Promotional Period This promotion is available for all new Brand Partners that will place their fourth loyalty rewards order from 00:01 (GMT) on 01/11/2025, until 23:59 (BST) on 31/06/2026. This promotion is applicable for Participants living in the European Union and some other countries in Europe as listed in point 2 below.
2. Overview This promotion rewards Young Living Brand Partners (“Participants”) who consecutively place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order in one of the qualifying months from November 2025 to June 2026 with a minimum of 50 PV.

4. How to qualify
All new Brand Partners should place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order of minimum 50 PV consecutively within the promotional period from November 2025 to June 2026.
For example: New Brand Partners who joined the Loyalty Rewards program in February, and consecutively place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order made in May with a minimum 50 PV each month will receive Let Your Light Shine Case in their May order.
Another example: Enrolled with Young Living on One-Time order in August, joined Loyalty Rewards program in October (place four consecutive Loyalty Rewards orders, and receive the Let Your Light Shine Case in January).
Orders must be successfully paid for. Standard payment methods apply, and each Brand Partner is responsible for ensuring payment is successfully made.
A reward can only be earned during the promotional period.

6. Rewards Fulfillment
The gift will automatically be added to the fourth qualifying order placed. The promotional gift can be added to Loyalty Rewards orders only. Brand Partners from UK using Shopify will need to contact Member Services Team in order to receive the promotional free gift.
7. Additional Conditions
If the qualifying order is placed after June 2026, the promotional gift will not be added to the order.
A qualifying Brand Partner can only receive the promotional gift once, regardless of the number of orders placed.
Any changes to the qualifying order such as cancellations, returns, or adjustments resulting in lower PV volume of the order in each of the qualifying might affect the receipt of the promotional gift that you should receive in your qualified fourth Loyalty Rewards order.

Right of substitution: if the promotional gift should become unavailable, Young Living reserves the right to replace it with an item/s of equivalent or higher value. Returned orders (in full or in part) within three months of delivery will invalidate the qualification of the reward. This does not apply to returns of faulty products.
8. General Conditions
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse), are not eligible to participate in any Promotion or win a gift. The Promotions are subject to all applicable EU, national and regional laws. Brand Partners with residency in Countries where promotional games of skill are prohibited may not participate.
Young Living is not responsible for and the winners will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a Gift at the time of award and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials.
All forms of taxation whether direct or indirect and whether levied by reference to income, profits, gains, Gifts, net wealth or other reference (including income and withholding taxes), as well as all penalties relating there to, whenever and wherever imposed if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Gift acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Gift is used in whole or in part.
In no event will Young Living be responsible for awarding more than the Gifts stated herein. In the event that there are not enough eligible Participants to award all Gifts, Young Living reserves the right to award only the number of Gifts as there are eligible Participants. Any Gifts not awarded after the Promotion Period may remain unawarded. Gift restrictions/ conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. 9. License
By accepting a Gift, the respective winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Promotion and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants data will not be shared, stored and processed for any other purpose to the ones described under these terms and conditions, and in accordance with GDPR requirements only for as long as absolutely necessary.
Personal information obtained in connection with the Promotion will be used as provided in Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.youngliving.com/en_EU/company/privacy-policy.
10. Cancellation and Refunds; Force Majeure
Young Living will not be held responsible if cancellation of the promotion occurs due to any of the following: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of gasoline or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labour, or other causes that are reasonably beyond the control of Young Living. In the case of such events, Young Living may provide a cash prize of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
11. Limitations of Liability
Young Living and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers, and judges involved in this Promotion are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information that may be used in the Promotion; for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by Participants; any entry miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable and unavailable network or server connections; related technical failures; or other failures related to hardware, software, virus or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion related to a computer, virus or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security, and administration of the Promotion may result in the termination, amendment or modification of the Promotion or portion thereof at the sole discretion of Young Living. Young Living reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of Participants who Young Living believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion or who act in a non sportsman like manner or with the intent to threaten or harass any other person.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, legal expenses or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs or losses that may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, and use of any Gift. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Gift awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you.
Young Living Europe B.V. reserves the right to assign its obligations under this promotion to a different entity within the Young Living group namely Young Living CIS, LLC. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the Promotion Sponsor sharing their personal data with other entities of the Young Living Group, other participants and promotional partners for the administration and advertising of the Promotion and furnishing the Gifts.
12. Other Rules and Regulations
If aspects of the Gifts change that are beyond the control of Young Living, neither Young Living, nor any other promotional partners furnishing Gifts, will be liable or responsible for any such changes, and Young Living reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equivalent or greater value, at Young Living’s sole and absolute discretion, if for any reason all or any portion of a Gift, as described herein, are or become unavailable. No transfer of a Gift to a third party is permitted. By accepting a Gift, Gift winners agree that Young Living shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from or in connection with the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use of the Gift or any aspects or parts thereof.
Young Living will be the final arbiter of all rule interpretations and qualification determinations and such decisions will be final. If necessary, to clarify questions in the rules or interpretations thereof, Young Living may amend these rules by publishing a new version of the rules. 3. How to Qualify
- You must be an active Brand Partner and the enroller of the new Brand Partner.
- To receive the gifts, you need to be an active Loyalty Rewards (LR) member.
- A qualifying point can be earned in one of the following ways:
- One newly enrolled Brand Partner places a qualifying order of at least 100 PV;
- or Two newly enrolled Brand Partners each place a qualifying order of at least 50 PV.
- Orders from the same Brand Partner cannot be combined to meet the qualification threshold.
Example:
- 1 new Brand Partner with a 100 PV order = 1 qualifying enrolment
- 2 new Brand Partners with 50 PV orders each = 1 qualifying enrolment

5. Gift Fulfilment:
- Gifts will be shipped with the Participant’s August 2026 Loyalty Rewards order.
- If a gift is unavailable, Young Living may substitute it with a product of equal or greater retail value.
- Only one promotional gift set is awarded per Enroller, regardless of total enrolments.
- Shopify participants will be notified after the incentive ends, and reward gifts may be sent separately from the main order.

- This promotion is available from 00:01 (BST) on 01/06/2026, until 23.59 (BST) on 30/06/2026, for new Brand Partners who enrolled and placed a Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order of 50+ PV in May 2026.
- Qualifying Brand Partners should have enrolled between 00:01 (BST) on 01/05/2026, until 23:59 (BST) on 31/05/2026, with either a One-Time or Loyalty Rewards order of 50+ PV. Qualifying Brand Partners who enrolled in May must have reached 50+ PV with their order or orders. Both a single order of 50+ PV or multiple orders which combined make a total of 50+ PV are acceptable.
- Qualifying Brand Partners have successfully paid for their order in May 2026.
- To receive a promotional gift in June, qualifying Brand Partners should place their second Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order with a minimum of 75 PV from 00:01 (BST) on 01/06/2026, until 23:59 (BST) on 30/06/2026.

4. How To Enter

5. How to Earn Points

Further information:
- Gifts can be earned each month during the promotion period.
- Points are not transferable to other Brand Partners.
- Points will not carry over to the next month and must be earned separately for each month.
- Points do not count if a new Brand Partner returns or cancels a qualifying order.
- Sign-ups/placing of orders must be done by the account holder directly. The upline/ Enroller may assist but cannot do it for the new Brand Partner/reactivating Brand Partner.
- You will only receive one Gift in one given month for the number of points collected.

6. Winner Selection
Publication of names may occur in accordance with the Brand Partner agreement. The names of the winners will be announced in targeted emails sent out on the 15th of the month following the month of audit. For example, the names of the winners for June 2026 will be announced on July 15, 2026. You will only receive an email if you are qualified for that month. Names will also be used in social media channels.
7. Gifts
Gifts will be announced on the 1st day of each month and will be a Young Living product. Gifts will be added to Loyalty Rewards orders placed in the following month after an audit. For example: if you qualify for the January Help 5 gift, you will receive it in your March Loyalty Rewards order.
General Gift Conditions
Young Living is not responsible for and the winners will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a Gift at the time of award and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials.
All forms of taxation whether direct or indirect and whether levied by reference to income, profits, gains, Gifts, net wealth or other reference (including income and withholding taxes), as well as all penalties relating there to, whenever and wherever imposed if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Gift acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Gift is used in whole or in part.
In no event will Young Living be responsible for awarding more than the Gifts stated herein. A list of Gift winners will be available in the Virtual Office at YoungLiving.com once the winners have been identified and Points have been totalled and verified following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

Cancellation and Refunds; Force Majeure
Young Living will not be held responsible if cancellation of the promotion occurs due to any of the following: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of petrol or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labour, or other causes that are reasonably beyond the control of Young Living. In the case of such events, Young Living may provide a cash Gift of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
Licence
By accepting a Gift, the respective winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Promotion and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitations of Liability

- This must be the first order the Brand Partner has placed.
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- The Brand Partner must not have placed any order yet and must have been enrolled between 1/01/2025 and 19/05/2026.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Young Living, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
- Residents of countries where promotional offers are prohibited may not participate.
4. How to Qualify
- Place a first One-Time or Loyalty Rewards order of at least 50PV during the Promotion Period.

5. Free Shipping Fulfilment

- Eligibility Period
The promotional period runs from 1 June to 31 August 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
The “An Evening with Mary Young” Incentive is open to all active Young Living Brand Partners in Europe who:
- Are in good standing in accordance with Young Living Policies & Procedures
- Are aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)

All qualification criteria must be achieved within the Promotional Period.
- Qualification Criteria
Brand Partners must enrol or reactivate a minimum of 6 Young Living Brand Partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Enrolee”) during the Promotional Period, with at least 2 new enrolments or reactivations in each qualifying month: June, July, and August.
Each Enrolee or reactivated Brand Partner must place qualifying orders of at least 100 PV, within the same calendar month as their enrolment/reactivation, either on Loyalty Rewards or One-Time Orders.
Where an Enrolee or reactivated Brand Partner places more than one order in the same calendar month as enrolment, the PV value of those orders will be combined to determine whether the qualifying threshold has been met.
Example: If a new Young Living Brand Partner enrols in June and places an initial Loyalty Rewards Order of 50 PV, the enrolment will not initially qualify. If, within the same calendar month (June), the same Brand Partner places an additional One-Time Order of 50 PV, the combined PV will meet the qualifying requirement.

Full event details, including date and location, will be communicated ahead of the Convention.
Qualifiers will be notified by email during the second week of September 2026, ahead of the event.
- Convention Attendance
Qualifying Brand Partners must purchase a ticket for and attend the 2026 European Convention to confirm eligibility and secure their place at the dinner.
- General Terms
Qualifying orders must be placed and successfully paid within the Promotional Period.
Standard payment methods apply. If a payment is reversed, the associated enrolment or order will not count toward qualification.
Young Living reserves the right to exclude any participating Brand Partner or associated orders if they are not in good standing with Young Living Policies & Procedures, or if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
Any changes to qualifying orders, including cancellations, returns, or adjustments resulting in reduced PV or no order, may affect eligibility.
Any Enroller changes completed in accordance with Young Living Policies & Procedures during the Promotional Period may impact qualification. For this incentive, enrolment credit is attributed to the original Enroller at the time of enrolment and will not transfer in the event of an Enroller change.
Reactivated Brand Partners are those who have been inactive for at least 12 months and have dropped out of the organisation.

The Young Living “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Incentive (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Young Living Europe B.V. (“Sponsor”), Peizerweg 97, 9727AJ Groningen, Netherlands. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern this Promotion. Instructions for valid purchase form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted. Incentive begins May 1, 2026, at 00:00 BST and will continue until October 31, 2026, at 23:59 GMT (6 months, the “Promotional Period”). Young Living’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for the Incentive and is final and indisputable.
The “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027”Incentive is intended to incentivise, motivate and reward high-performing Brand Partners (“Participants”) and allow them to qualify for an extraordinary, once-in-a lifetime trip experience.
Eligibility
The “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Incentive is open to all eligible Young Living Brand Partners (“Brand Partners” or also referred to herein as “Participants”) who (i) are at least 18 years of age as of May 1, 2026; and (ii) are in good standing with Young Living. Brand Partners in good standing are those who follow all of the terms of their Young Living Brand Partner Agreement, meet the active requirements outlined in the Young Living Policies and Procedures for their respective country of residence, and meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse), are not eligible to participate in any Promotion or win an award.
Conditions and Qualifications
For this Incentive, there are two rank groups — ‘Platinum Rank and below’ and ‘Diamond Rank and above’. A participating Brand Partner’s rank group (either — ‘Platinum Rank and below’ or ‘Diamond Rank and above’) will be determined based on the highest achieved rank during the Incentive Promotional Period.
Platinum Rank and below Qualification
Brand Partners will need to achieve all of the following criteria below to be considered a qualifier for the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion in ‘Platinum Rank and below’:
- To qualify for the Incentive prize, those Brand Partners eligible to participate must register (at no cost) by 23:59 BST on September 30, 2026. Please visit the Incentive Page on our website to register online. Regardless of the date that you register for this Incentive (before the registration deadline), all points collected during the Promotional Period prior to registration will count towards your points total.
- Personal purchase: Participating Brand Partners must maintain a monthly order (Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order) of 100 PV or more consistently during the Promotional Period.
- Enrolment: Participating Brand Partners must enrol (hereinafter referred to as the “Enrollers”) a minimum of ten (10) new* to Young Living Brand Partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Enrollees”) with a 100 PV or more order (Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order) during the Promotional Period.
*Duplicate accounts do not count.
- Rank Requirement: Participating Brand Partners must be paid as an Executive-Platinum in September 2026 or October 2026 (regardless of any previous rank).
- Must be in the TOP 50 on the Leaderboard.
Among those who meet all qualification criteria, qualifiers will be ranked based on total points earned during the Promotion Period, and the top 50 will be awarded. Prizes will be allocated as follows:

Diamond Rank and above Qualification
Brand Partners will need to achieve all of the following criteria below to be considered a qualifier for the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion in ‘Diamond Rank and above’:
- To qualify for the Incentive prize, those Brand Partners eligible to participate must register (at no cost) by 23:59 BST on September 30, 2026. Please visit the Incentive Page on our website to register online.
- To qualify for the Incentive within the ‘Diamond Rank and above’ group, Brand Partners need to achieve the rank of Diamond, Crown Diamond or Royal Crown Diamond at least once during the Promotional Period.
- Enrol at least two (2) new* to Young Living Brand Partners each month during the Promotional Period of the Incentive with a minimum order of 100 PV on either One-Time or Loyalty Rewards.
- Must be in the TOP 5 with the highest number of Incentive qualifiers from the personal downline team organisation**.
*Duplicate accounts do not count.
**When finalising the results, Diamond legs will be excluded if your highest achieved rank is either Crown Diamond or Royal Crown Diamond.
- If participating Brand Partner ranks up to Diamond, Crown Diamond or Royal Crown Diamond for the very first time during the Promotional Period they will automatically qualify for the Incentive prize, which is an Incentive Trip for two (2)*, Tier 1.
This automatic qualification applies regardless of leaderboard position or total points earned.

Tier 1: Qualify and win the Incentive Trip for two (2) – qualifiers will be selected from those who meet the qualifying criteria for the ‘Diamond Rank and above’ group.
How to Earn Points: For ‘Platinum Rank and below’ group
Enrolment:
Enrolment: a maximum of 60 points can be earned from enrolment orders during the Promotional Period.
- Earn 1 point when you personally enrol a Brand Partner with a 100 PV or more One-Time order.
- Earn 2 points when you personally enrol a Brand Partner with a 100 PV or more Loyalty Rewards order.
- Earn 0.5 points when you personally enrol a Brand Partner with a 50 PV or more One-Time order.
- Earn 1 point when you personally enrol a Brand Partner with a 50 PV or more Loyalty Rewards order.
Enrollment points earning conditions:
- Qualifying orders must be placed within the Promotional Period and successfully paid. Any changes to the qualifying order of the Enrolee such as cancellations, returns or adjustments resulting in lower PV volume of the order or no order at all, can affect the qualifying order, and impact participating Enroller and their earned points.
- If Enroller change occurs, the original Enroller will earn the enrolment points.
- If enrolment occurred under the Placement Program, enrolment points will not be allocated to the new Enroller in case of an Enroller change. In such cases enrolment points cannot be earned.
- If an Enrolee places more than one order in the same calendar month as enrolment, the PV value of those orders will be added together.
Example 1:if a new Young Living Brand Partner enrols in May and places their first One-Time order of 50 PV the qualifying Enroller earns 0.5 points. However, during the same calendar month (May) the new Young Living Brand Partner decides to also place an additional One-Time order of 50 PV, the qualifying Enroller will instead earn 1 point.
Example 2:if a new Young Living Brand Partner enrols in May and places their first One-Time order of 50 PV and during the same calendar month (May) the new Young Living Brand Partner decides to place an additional Loyalty Order of 50 PV, the qualifying Enroller will earn 2 points.
Retention:
A maximum of 2 points can be earned per Enrollee per month.
Earn 2 points when your personal Enrollee (who was enrolled during the Promotional Period) places their second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth order* of 50 PV or more (Loyalty Rewards or One-Time orders).
*Orders do not need to be placed in consecutive months following the enrolment.
With this way of earning points, Brand Partners can skip months.
Example: if a new Young Living Brand Partner enrols in May and places their first order, then skips the following month and does not place an order in June, but then in July, they place their order of 50 PV or more, the qualifying Enroller will earn 2 points for this month.
- If Enroller change occurs, the original Enroller will continue earning points for the retention orders.
- If enrolment occurred under the Placement Program, retention points will not be allocated to the new Enroller in case of an Enroller change. In such cases retention points cannot be earned.
Personal Rank Up
When you personally rank up for the very first time during the Promotional Period and maintain your rank:
- 15 points when you rank up to Executive Earn 15 additional points for each month you maintain* the rank of Executive
- 30 points when you rank up to Silver Earn 30 additional points for each month you maintain* the rank of Silver
- 45 points when you rank up to Gold Earn 45 additional points for each month you maintain* the rank of Gold
- 60 points when you rank up to PlatinumEarn 60 additional points for each month you maintain* the rank of Platinum
*Months do not need to be consecutive.
With this way of earning points, you can skip months; to earn maintenance points you need to keep the highest achieved rank.
Example 1: you rank up to Silver for the very first time in June, then drop to Executive in July, but then rank up to Silver again in August, you will earn 30 points for this month.
Example 2: you rank up to Executive for the very first time in May, keep the Executive rank until September while earning 15 points each month. You then rank up to Silver for the very first time in September, but then drop back to Executive in October, you will not earn 15 points for maintaining Executive rank in October.
Personal Enrolee’s Rank Ups
When your personal Enrollees (who were enrolled before or during the Promotional Period) rank up for the very first time during the Promotional Period and maintain their rank:
- 15 points when your personal Enrolee ranks up to Executive Earn 15 additional points for each month they maintain* the rank of Executive
- 30 points when your personal Enrolee ranks up to Silver Earn 30 additional points for each month they maintain* the rank of Silver
- 45 points when your personal Enrolee ranks up to Gold Earn 45 additional points for each month they maintain* the rank of Gold
- 60 points when your personal Enrolee ranks up to Platinum Earn 60 additional points for each month they maintain* the rank of Platinum
*Months do not need to be consecutive.
With this way of earning points, your personal Enrollees can skip months; to earn maintenance points they need to keep the highest achieved rank.
Example 1: your personal Enrolee ranks up to Silver for the very first time in June, then drops to Executive in July, but then ranks up to Silver again in August, you will earn 30 points for this month.
Example 2: your personal Enrolee ranks up to Executive for the very first time in May, keeps the Executive rank until September while you are earning 15 points each month. S/he then ranks up to Silver for the very first time in September, but then drops back to Executive in October, you will not earn 15 points for them maintaining Executive rank in October.
- If Enroller change occurs, new Enroller will earn the Personal Enrolee’s Rank Ups points.
- If Enroller change occurs, new Enroller will earn the maintenance points.

In addition, Tier 1: Trip for Two (2) will be awarded to five (5) qualifying Brand Partners from ‘Diamond Rank and above’ group who meet the incentive requirements and have the highest number of the incentive qualifiers in their personal downline team organisation.

Flight Vouchers сan only be used to purchase tickets, cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. Tier 1 qualifier can use up to 800€ voucher per person to purchase ticket for themselves along with their guest. Tier 2 qualifier can use up to 800€ voucher to purchase ticket only for themselves.
Receipts or invoices must be submitted to the European Incentive Teamat emeaincentives@youngliving.com after attending the Incentive trip.
- If the travel expenses are lower than the granted Travel Voucher amount, Young Living will not reimburse the remaining balance in any form.
- If the travel expenses exceed the granted Travel Voucher amount, Young Living will not cover the difference beyond the value of the voucher.
Receipts or invoices must be sent within one calendar month after attending the Incentive trip to ensure successful reimbursement. If these documents are missing or submitted later than one month after the event, Young Living reserves the right to decline reimbursement for travel expenses.
All expenses not stated herein as part of the Prize are the Prize qualifier’s sole responsibility. If a qualifier is unable to claim the Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited. There will be no rescheduling, substitution, or transfer of the Prize or cash equivalent awarded.
During the Promotional Period, participants may be audited on a regular basis to monitor compliance with the Young Living Policies & Procedures applicable to the Participants’ jurisdiction (“Young Living’s Policies & Procedures”), especially, but not limited to, those sections pertaining to advertising and promotions. Any violation of Young Living’s Policies & Procedures will disqualify the participant from the Incentive in its entirety.
A Prize will be forfeited if: 1) the qualifier is not available to travel on the dates specified for the Incentive Trip or 2) the qualifier and/or their guest, if applicable, does not have the required travel documents or fails to comply with any other travel requirements by the date scheduled for the trip. Each qualifier and their guest, if applicable, are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that Young Living has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
Each qualifier and their guest, if applicable, are solely responsible for obtaining any, if required, travel documents such as Visa endorsement (and all other forms of documents that might be required in order to travel and enter the country or countries of the Incentive destination) that they might need to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that Young Living has not and will not obtain or provide travel documents or any other form of documents that may be required.
Qualifiers are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prizes. Young Living is not responsible if tickets, luggage, etc., are lost, stolen, or misplaced by a Prize qualifier or their guest and will not be replaced or rebooked if transportation is missed for any reason. Exact dates and locations are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Young Living.
Whilst visiting countries that are areas of outstanding natural beauty, there are also natural risks and dangers. You might be near open water or in close proximity to wild animals and if you choose to travel to this region, you accept those risks and dangers. Prize qualifier and their guest, if applicable, must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required valid travel documents and all vaccination requirements, whereas applicable. Prize qualifiers will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the maximum agreed Travel Voucher value stated in these Official Rules. Young Living shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Young Living.
General Award/Prize Conditions
Each Prize recipient will be responsible for all applicable taxes on their Prize, whether or not the Prize is used, unless they refuse to accept the Prize at the time it is presented. Where applicable, the Prize recipient will have the fair market value of the accepted Prize reported on an applicable tax form. If aspects of the Prize change outside the control of Young Living, or if, for any reason, all or any portion of the Prize is or becomes unavailable, Young Living will not be liable or responsible for any such changes and reserves the right to substitute the Prize of equivalent or greater value at Young Living’s sole and absolute discretion. No transfer of the Prize to a third party is permitted. No cash substitutions will be offered. By accepting the Prize, the recipient agrees that Young Living shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from or in connection with the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize or any aspects or parts thereof. Young Living will be the final arbiter of all rule interpretations and qualification determinations and such decisions will be final. Where applicable, any qualification subsidy will be reported as income on the recipients’ annual form (or other applicable tax form in the recipient’s market). If applicable, Prize recipients will be responsible for paying all taxes on subsidy or subsidies granted by Young Living. The “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Notification/Gift Acceptance
On or around December 15, 2026, an email will be sent to the qualifiers. Emails will be sent to the email address on file for the qualifiers. This email will contain an acceptance link where Prize qualifiers must accept or decline the reward and complete a registration. Failure to respond to the acceptance email through the acceptance link mentioned in email will be deemed a declination of the Prize. This declination is non-reversible, and, similarly, acceptance of the Prize will be final. If a Prize qualifier declines the Prize, they will no longer qualify for the Prize and Young Living reserves the right to determine how that Prize is used.
There will be a Leaderboard to track the results. Each participating Brand Partner should plan to track their results by themselves. To track your personal progress in the Incentive and to see how many points are successfully earned, please head to the Virtual Office -> Brand Partner Resources.
Any protests regarding results must be lodged within three days of the final results being communicated.
Cancellation and Refunds; Force Majeure
A Participant who qualifies for the Prize and then attempts to cancel or return their order(s) will not receive a refund for such order(s). Young Living will not be held responsible if fulfillment of the Prize is prevented or delayed due to any of the following: strikes including transportation or workers’ strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, acts of God, acts of government (including, without limitation, any agency or/and local authorities in the markets on this promotion), acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of gasoline or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labour, epidemic or pandemic, or other causes that are reasonably beyond the control of Young Living.
Licence
By participating in the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion and accepting the Prize, a Participant consents to the use of their name, address (city and state/province of residence/country), voice, statements relating to the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification, or permission, in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitations of Liability
Young Living and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information that may be used in the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion, for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of orders, including data entered by Participant, any miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, related technical failures, or other failures related to hardware, software, or virus, or incomplete, late, or misdirected orders. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion related to a computer virus or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security, and administration of the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion may result in the termination, amendment, or modification of the entire “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion or a portion thereof at the sole discretion of Young Living. Young Living reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any order of any Participant whom Young Living believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion or to disqualify any Participant who acts in a non-sportsmanlike manner or with the intent to threaten or harass any other person. By participating in the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion each Brand Partner waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs or losses that may arise in connection with participation in the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion, acceptance, possession, and/or use of the Prize. All causes of action arising out of or in connection with the “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you.
Other Rules and Regulations
All Participants who participate and qualify will be subject to auditing or verification of their point totals. By participating in the Promotion, you (i) acknowledge compliance with these Promotion rules, including all eligibility requirements; (ii) warrant that any information you provide in connection with the Promotion is true and accurate; and (iii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Young Living, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Participants who do not comply with these Programme rules, their Young Living Brand Partner Agreement, and Young Living’s Policies and Procedures are subject to disqualification. Young Living reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. The “Live • Share • Go: Mexico 2027” Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local laws of each country. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Promotion rules or the rights and obligations of Participants and Young Living in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. For Participants residing in the participating countries listed in Participating Countries and Regions part, the applicable substantive laws and courts will be those registered under the Brand Partner Agreements in their jurisdiction (e.g. Netherlands for Europe). In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these the Promotion rules and details contained in other materials (including, without limitation, any point of sale, online, or print advertising), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Promotion rules shall prevail. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Promotion rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise enforceable or illegal, these Promotion rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

This incentive is designed to recognise and reward enrolment activity. It aims to encourage eligible Brand Partners to personally introduce at least one new or returning Brand Partner into their business during the Promotional Period, supported by a qualifying order.
1. Eligibility Period
The qualification period runs from 1 June to 30 June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
The “Executive Movement: Make It One in June” Incentive is open to all active Young Living Brand Partners in Europe who:
- are in good standing in accordance with Young Living Policies & Procedures;
- are aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction);
- reside within European countries and regions.
All qualification criteria must be achieved within the Promotional Period.
2. Qualification Criteria
To qualify, Brand Partners must:
- be paid at the rank of Executive for June 2026; and
- personally enrol or reactivate at least one Brand Partner who places a minimum of 100 PV in cumulative orders within the same calendar month.
The newly enrolled or reactivated Brand Partner must place qualifying orders totalling at least 100 PV within the same calendar month as their enrolment or reactivation (June), either on Loyalty Rewards or as one-time orders.
If the newly enrolled or reactivated Brand Partner places more than one order in the same calendar month as their enrolment or reactivation, the PV values of those orders will be combined to determine whether the qualifying threshold has been met.
Example: If a new Young Living Brand Partner enrols in June and places an initial Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV, the enrolment will not initially qualify. If, within the same calendar month (June), the same Brand Partner places an additional one-time order of 50 PV, the combined PV will meet the qualifying requirement.
3. Reward
All qualifying Brand Partners will receive:
- 1 × Ignite Your Journey essential oil 5ml
Rewards will be issued after the end of the Promotional Period and will be added to the August 2026 Loyalty Rewards order. Please note that an August 2026 Loyalty Rewards order is required to receive the reward. Young Living reserves the right to withhold the reward if this condition is not met.
For UK-registered Brand Partners, delivery will be managed separately. You will be contacted directly with further details regarding when you will receive your reward.
4. General Terms
Qualifying orders must be placed and successfully paid within the Promotional Period.
Standard payment methods apply. If a payment is reversed, the associated enrolment or order will not count toward qualification.
Young Living reserves the right to exclude any participating Brand Partner or associated orders if they are not in good standing or if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
Any changes to qualifying orders, including cancellations, returns, or adjustments resulting in reduced PV or no order, may affect eligibility.
Any Enroller changes completed in accordance with Young Living Policies & Procedures during the Promotional Period may impact qualification. For this incentive, enrolment credit is attributed to the original Enroller at the time of enrolment and will not transfer in the event of an Enroller change.
Reactivated Brand Partners are those who have been inactive for at least 12 months and have dropped out of the organisation.
5. Additional Conditions
All enrolments must be completed within the EU market.
