How to Use

Inhale: Place onto chest, pulse points and neckline to promote the sensation of deeper breathing.

Beauty: Add a few drops to your favourite lotion or shower gel, enjoying the energising aroma. Dilute a few drops into a carrier oil, applying to dry winter skin, particularly elbows, knees, and heels.

Massage: Dilute a few drops into 10 ml of Young Living V-6® Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex for an uplifting, restorative massage. Or rub a drop into the skin for an aromatic boost.

Apply to desired area. In case of sensitivity, dilute 15 drops in 10 ml of Young Living V-6®.
