1. The promotion is valid from 00:01 (GMT) on 1/03/2026,

1. Promotional Period
This promotion is available for all new Brand Partners that will place their fourth loyalty rewards order from 00:01 (GMT) on 01/11/2025, until 23:59 (GMT) on 31/05/2026. This promotion is applicable for Participants living in the European Union and some other countries in Europe as listed in point 2 below.
2. Overview
This promotion rewards Young Living Brand Partners (“Participants”) who consecutively place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order in one of the qualifying months from November 2025 to May 2026 with a minimum of 50 PV.
3. Participating Countries

4. How to qualify
All new Brand Partners should place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order of minimum 50 PV consecutively within the promotional period from November 2025 to May 2026.
For example:
New Brand Partners who joined the Loyalty Rewards program in February, and consecutively place their fourth Loyalty Rewards order made in May with a minimum 50 PV each month will receive Let Your Light Shine Case in their May order.
Another example:
Enrolled with Young Living on One-Time order in August, joined Loyalty Rewards program in October (place four consecutive Loyalty Rewards orders, and receive the Let Your Light Shine Case in January).
Orders must be successfully paid for. Standard payment methods apply, and each Brand Partner is responsible for ensuring payment is successfully made.

7. Additional Conditions
If the qualifying order is placed after May 2026, the promotional gift will not be added to the order.
A qualifying Brand Partner can only receive the promotional gift once, regardless of the number of orders placed.
Any changes to thequalifyingorder such as cancellations, returns, or adjustments resulting in lower PV volume of the order in each of the qualifying might affect the receipt of the promotional gift that you should receive in your qualified fourth Loyalty Rewards order.

Right of substitution: if the promotional gift should become unavailable, Young Living reserves the right to replace it with an item/s of equivalent or higher value. 8. General Conditions
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse), are not eligible to participate in any Promotion or win a gift. The Promotions are subject to all applicable EU, national and regional laws. Brand Partners with residency in Countries where promotional games of skill are prohibited may not participate.
Young Living is not responsible for and the winners will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a Gift at the time of award and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials.
All forms of taxation whether direct or indirect and whether levied by reference to income, profits, gains, Gifts, net wealth or other reference (including income and withholding taxes), as well as all penalties relating there to, whenever and wherever imposed if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Gift acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Gift is used in whole or in part.
In no event will Young Living be responsible for awarding more than the Gifts stated herein. In the event that there are not enough eligible Participants to award all Gifts, Young Living reserves the right to award only the number of Gifts as there are eligible Participants. Any Gifts not awarded after the Promotion Period may remain unawarded. Gift restrictions/ conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. Gifts are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, except that Young Living reserves the right, at Young Living’s sole discretion, to substitute a Gift (or portion thereof) for a Gift of greater or equal value. Gifts are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
During the Promotion Period, participants may be audited on a regular basis to monitor compliance with the Young Living Policies and Procedures applicable to the Participant’s jurisdiction (“Young Living’s Policies and Procedures”), especially, but not limited to, those sections pertaining to advertising and promotions. Any violation of Young Living’s Policies and Procedures may result in correction in points or will disqualify the participant from the Promotion in its entirety.
9. License
By accepting a Gift, the respective winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Promotion and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants data will not be shared, stored and processed for any other purpose to the ones described under these terms and conditions, and in accordance with GDPR requirements only for as long as absolutely necessary.
Personal information obtained in connection with the Promotion will be used as provided in Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at Privacy Policy.
10. Cancellation and Refunds; Force Majeure
Young Living will not be held responsible if cancellation of the promotion occurs due to any of the following: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of gasoline or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labour, or other causes that are reasonably beyond the control of Young Living. In the case of such events, Young Living may provide a cash prize of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
11. Limitations of Liability
Young Living and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers, and judges involved in this Promotion are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information that may be used in the Promotion; for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by Participants; any entry miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable and unavailable network or server connections; related technical failures; or other failures related to hardware, software, virus or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion related to a computer, virus or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security, and administration of the Promotion may result in the termination, amendment or modification of the Promotion or portion thereof at the sole discretion of Young Living. Young Living reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of Participants who Young Living believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion or who act in a non sportsman like manner or with the intent to threaten or harass any other person.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, legal expenses or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs or losses that may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, and use of any Gift. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Gift awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you.
Young Living Europe B.V. reserves the right to assign its obligations under this promotion to a different entity within the Young Living group namely Young Living CIS, LLC. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the Promotion Sponsor sharing their personal data with other entities of the Young Living Group, other participants and promotional partners for the administration and advertising of the Promotion and furnishing the Gifts.
12. Other Rules and Regulations
If aspects of the Gifts change that are beyond the control of Young Living, neither Young Living, nor any other promotional partners furnishing Gifts, will be liable or responsible for any such changes, and Young Living reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equivalent or greater value, at Young Living’s sole and absolute discretion, if for any reason all or any portion of a Gift, as described herein, are or become unavailable. No transfer of a Gift to a third party is permitted. By accepting a Gift, Gift winners agree that Young Living shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from or in connection with the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use of the Gift or any aspects or parts thereof.
Young Living will be the final arbiter of all rule interpretations and qualification determinations and such decisions will be final. If necessary, to clarify questions in the rules or interpretations thereof, Young Living may amend these rules by publishing a new version of the rules. Where applicable, Gifts will be reported as income on the winners’ annual tax form. Young Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Promotion, without notice, for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion. 3. How to Qualify
· You must be an active Brand Partner and the enroller of the new Brand Partner.
· To receive the gifts, you need to be an active Loyalty Rewards (LR) member.
· Each new enrolled Brand Partner must place one order of at least 100 PV during the Promotion Period, paid within 5 days of order placement.
· Qualifying orders must be placed as One-Time or Loyalty Rewards orders (orders placed with Loyalty Rewards points do not qualify).
· The new enrolee must be registered in an eligible country.
· Partial PV orders cannot be combined to meet the 100 PV threshold.
· If the enrolee changes their Enroller after a qualifying order, the original Enroller retains credit for the promotion.
· Enrolees obtained via the Placement Programme are excluded.
· Duplicate accounts (Policy 3.2) are invalid.

6. Additional Conditions
· Orders returned or cancelled do not count toward qualification.
· The Enroller may assist new applicants in the online registration process but the applicant must personally review and accept the Brand Partner Agreement, Policies and Procedures, and Compensation Plan.

Sponsor sharing their personal data with other entities of the Young Living
Group, other participants and promotional partners for the administration and advertising of the Promotion and furnishing the Gifts.
11. Other Rules and Regulations
· If aspects of the Gifts change that are beyond the control of Young Living, neither Young Living, nor any other promotional partners furnishing Gifts, will be liable or responsible for any such changes, and Young Living reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equivalent or greater value, at Young Living’s sole and
absolute discretion, if for any reason all or any portion of a Gift, as described herein, are or become unavailable. No transfer of a Gift to a third party is permitted. By accepting a Gift, Gift winners agree that Young Living

The Young Living “5:2 Challenge” Incentive is sponsored by Young Living Europe B.V. (“Promoter”), Peizerweg 97, 9727AJ Groningen, Netherlands. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern this Incentive. Instructions for valid purchase form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted. Incentive begins February 1, 2026, at 00:01 (GMT) and ends on March 31, 2026, at 23:59 (BST) (two-month, the “Promotional Period”). Young Living’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for the Incentive and is final and undisputable.
- Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Young Living Brand Partners who are in good standing with Young Living, who are 18 years of age or older as of February 1, 2026 (or the majority age in their jurisdiction, country or province of residence), with residency in European and CIS* countries and regions (please see the list of countries and regions at the end of this Terms and Conditions file). This Incentive shall be limited to Brand Partners whose Young Living account is registered in the European and CIS* market only, void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse), are not eligible to participate in any Promotion or win a gift.
*Participating in this Incentive and mentioned in this T&Cs, CIS market is limited to only two countries—Kazakhstan and Armenia.
- Conditions and Qualifications
Participants must meet all the following criteria during the Promotional Period:
- Personally enrol at least five (5) new Brand Partners (new to Young Living) during the Promotional Period.All five (5) must be enrolled with either a Premium Starter Kit or a minimum of 100 PV on a One-Time Order or Loyalty Rewards Order.
- Support at least two (2) different personally enrolled Brand Partners to achieve the Star rank for the very first time during the Promotional Period.
The enrolment dates of the two (2) qualifying Star advancements may be prior to the start of the Incentive Promotional Period.
New Brand Partners must be either newly registered Brand Partners or reactivated Brand Partners who have been inactive for at least twelve (12) consecutive months, have dropped out of the organisation, and must be registered in Europe.
Qualifying orders must be placed within the Promotional Period with a successful payment. Participants are advised to monitor the orders of their Enrolees in case a payment was unsuccessful or reversed. Standard payment methods apply.
Any changes to the qualifying order of the Enrolee such as cancellations, returns or adjustments resulting in lower PV volume of the order or no order at all, will affect the qualifying order, and impact the qualification.
If a qualifying Enroller or an account holder themselves chooses to change the Enroller during the Promotional Period, regardless of whether the qualifying order was already placed and paid or not, the new Enroller will benefit from a qualifying order in place of the original Enroller.
- Communication and Results of the Incentive
There will be no Leaderboard to track the results of the participating Brand Partners. Each participating Brand Partner can track their results on their own during the Promotional Period.
The results will be finalised by the end of April 2026. Once final results are gathered, there will be no changes to them.
Brand Partners who qualify for the prize will be notified between May 1, 2026, to May 15, 2026, via the email address on their Young Living account.
The list of participating and qualifying Brand Partners will be checked and audited by the Young Living Conduct team on a regular basis. Please note, final results may differ due to orders being cancelled, refused upon delivery, returned for refund or exchange etc. Any qualifying orders must be paid by the new Enrolee using a payment method that complies with Young Living’s Policies & Procedures and payment regulations. Young Living reserves the right to exclude Enrolees or their orders from the total number of enrolments completed within the Promotional Period if these are not in good standing with Young Living Policies & Procedures. Any Enroller changes that are completed according to Young Living Policies & Procedures within the Promotional Period may also affect qualification and/or final results.
- Prize Conditions
Incentive Prize –A complimentary 2026 Budapest Convention event-only ticket, awarded to Brand Partners who demonstrate sustained enrolment quality and first-time leadership development during the Promotional Period.
A participant may qualify for the Incentive a maximum of one (1) time during the Promotional Period, regardless of how many times the qualification criteria are met. Multiple qualifications achieved by the same Brand Partner within the Promotional Period will not result in additional Prizes.
The Prize will be fulfilled in July 2026 and applied as one of the following, at Young Living’s sole discretion:
(a) a complimentary 2026 Budapest Convention event-only ticket for first-time ticket holders;
(b) a refund of a previously purchased 2026 Budapest Convention ticket; or
(c) The qualifying Brand Partner is the sole earner of the Prize. At the time of redemption, the qualifying Brand Partner will be asked to confirm the full name and email address of the attendee to whom the ticket should be issued. Redemption instructions will be communicated after the qualification period has ended.
The Prize hasno cash valueand may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other Young Living event or incentive.
The incentive ticket may constitute taxable income under applicable national tax laws. Any tax reporting or payment obligations arising from the receipt or use of the ticket are the sole responsibility of the qualifying Brand Partner.
Young Living reserves the right, at Young Living’s sole discretion, to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) for a product of greater or equal value. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. - Notification/Prize Acceptance/Registration and Attendance
Any protests regarding ranks or enrolments must be lodged within three days of the final results being communicated. After the final audit in April 2026, an email will be sent to Brand Partners who qualify for the Prize.
Following the final audit in April 2026, Brand Partners who qualify for the Prize will be notified betweenMay 1, 2026, and May 15, 2026, via the email address associated with their Young Living account.
Qualified participants must complete event registration by[31 May 2026]. Failure to register by this date may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
The Prize is valid forevent attendance only. If a qualified participant registers but does not attend the event, no registration materials, event bags, products, or other event-related items may be collected, shipped, substituted, or claimed.
The Prize isnon-refundableand may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative Young Living event or incentive, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
- Licence
By accepting the Prize, the respective qualifier consents to the use of their name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Incentive and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
- Limitations of Liability
Young Living and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers, and judges involved in this Incentive are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information that may be used in the Incentive; for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by Brand Partners; any entry miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable and unavailable network or server connections; related technical failures; or other failures related to hardware, software, virus or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of this Incentive related to a computer virus or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security, and administration of the Incentive may result in the termination, amendment or modification of the Incentive or portion thereof at the sole discretion of Young Living. 1. This promotion is available from 00:01 (GMT) on 01/03/2026,
until 23.59 (BST) on 31/03/2026, for new Brand Partners who enrolled and placed
a Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order of 50+ PV in February 2026.
2. Qualifying Brand Partners should have enrolled between
00:01 (GMT) on 01/02/2026, until 23:59 (GMT) on 28/02/2026, with either a
One-Time or Loyalty Rewards order of 50+ PV. Qualifying Brand Partners who
enrolled in February must have reached 50+ PV with their order or orders. Both
a single order of 50+ PV or multiple orders which combined make a total of 50+
PV are acceptable.
3. Qualifying Brand Partners have successfully paid for
their order in February 2026.
4. To receive a promotional gift in March, qualifying Brand
Partners should place their second Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order with a
minimum of 75 PV from 00:01 (GMT) on 01/03/2026, until 23:59 (BST) on 31/03/2026.
5. If a qualifying Brand Partner successfully places a
Loyalty Rewards or One-Time order for 75 PV or more, they will receive YL

6. New orders must be successfully paid for. Standard
payment methods apply, and each Brand Partner is responsible for ensuring

7. The free gift will automatically be added to qualifying

8. The promotional gift can be added to Loyalty Rewards or

9. If the qualifying order is placed after March 2026 the

4. How To Enter

5. How to Earn Points
You can receive a monthly reward as part of the promotion if you collect at least 5 points for the following actions.

Further information:
- Gifts can be earned each month during the promotion period.
- Points are not transferable to other Brand Partners.
- Points will not carry over to the next month and must be earned separately for each month.
- Points do not count if a new Brand Partner returns or cancels a qualifying order.
- Sign-ups/placing of orders must be done by the account holder directly. The upline/ Enroller may assist but cannot do it for the new Brand Partner/reactivating Brand Partner.
- You will only receive one Gift in one given month for the number of points collected.
- Points accrued from a duplicate account (Young Living Policy 3.3) will not be considered and are invalid.
6. Winner Selection
Publication of names may occur in accordance with the Brand Partner agreement. The names of the winners will be announced in targeted emails sent out on the 15th of the month following the month of audit. For example, the names of the winners for June 2026 will be announced on July 15, 2026. You will only receive an email if you are qualified for that month. Names will also be used in social media channels.
7. Gifts
Gifts will be announced on the 1st day of each month and will be a Young Living product. Gifts will be added to Loyalty Rewards orders placed in the following month after an audit. For example: if you qualify for the January Help 5 gift, you will receive it in your March Loyalty Rewards order.
General Gift Conditions
Young Living is not responsible for and the winners will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a Gift at the time of award and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials.
All forms of taxation whether direct or indirect and whether levied by reference to income, profits, gains, Gifts, net wealth or other reference (including income and withholding taxes), as well as all penalties relating there to, whenever and wherever imposed if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Gift acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Gift is used in whole or in part.
In no event will Young Living be responsible for awarding more than the Gifts stated herein. In the event that there are not enough eligible Participants to award all Gifts, Young Living reserves the right to award only the number of Gifts as there are eligible Participants. Any Gifts not awarded after the Promotion Period may remain unawarded. Gift restrictions/ conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. Gifts are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, except that Young Living reserves the right, at Young Living’s sole discretion, to substitute a Gift (or portion thereof) for a Gift of greater or equal value. Gifts are provided “AS IS”. No additional guarantees or warranties are provided beyond those required by applicable law. During the Promotion Period, participants may be audited on a regular basis to monitor compliance with the Young Living Policies and Procedures applicable to the Participant’s jurisdiction (“Young Living’s Policies and Procedures”), especially, but not limited to, those sections pertaining to advertising and promotions. Any violation of Young Living’s Policies and Procedures may result in correction in points or will disqualify the participant from the Promotion in its entirety.
Notification/Gift Acceptance
Participants will have access to the result of their Points total after the close of the competition for each month. Any protests regarding points must be lodged until the end of the following month (e.g. complaint for points accrued in July must be lodged latest at the end of August). A list of Gift winners will be available in the Virtual Office at YoungLiving.com once the winners have been identified and Points have been totalled and verified following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
Participants’ data will not be shared, stored and processed for any other purpose to the ones described under these terms and conditions, and in accordance with GDPR requirements only for as long as absolutely necessary.
Personal information obtained in connection with the Promotion will be used as provided in the Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.youngliving.com/en_EU/company/ privacy.
Cancellation and Refunds; Force Majeure
Young Living will not be held responsible if cancellation of the promotion occurs due to any of the following: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of petrol or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labour, or other causes that are reasonably beyond the control of Young Living. In the case of such events, Young Living may provide a cash Gift of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
Licence
By accepting a Gift, the respective winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province of residence), voice, statements relating to the Promotion and Young Living, and photographs or other likeness, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Young Living or any related entities in any media without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitations of Liability
Young Living and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers, and judges involved in this Promotion are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information that may be used in the Promotion; for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by Participants; any entry miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable and unavailable network or server connections; related technical failures; or other failures related to hardware, software, virus or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion related to a computer virus or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security, and administration of the Promotion may result in the termination, amendment or modification of the Promotion or portion thereof at the sole discretion of Young Living. Young Living reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of Participants who Young Living believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion or who act in a non-sportsman like manner or with the intent to threaten or harass any other person.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, legal expenses or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs or losses that may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, and use of any Gift. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Gift awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you.
Young Living Europe B.V. reserves the right to assign its obligations under this promotion to a different entity within the Young Living group namely Young Living CIS, LLC. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the Promotion Sponsor sharing their personal data with other entities of the Young Living Group, other participants and promotional partners for the administration and advertising of the Promotion and furnishing the Gifts.
Other Rules and Regulations
If aspects of the Gifts change that are beyond the control of Young Living, neither Young Living, nor any other promotional partners furnishing Gifts, will be liable or responsible for any such changes, and Young Living reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equivalent or greater value, at Young Living’s sole and absolute discretion, if for any reason all or any portion of a Gift, as described herein, are or become unavailable. No transfer of a Gift to a third party is permitted. By accepting a Gift, Gift winners agree that Young Living shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from or in connection with the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use of the Gift or any aspects or parts thereof.
Young Living will be the final arbiter of all rule interpretations and qualification determinations and such decisions will be final. If necessary, to clarify questions in the rules or interpretations thereof, Young Living may amend these rules by publishing a new version of the rules. Where applicable, Gifts will be reported as income on the winners’ annual tax form. Young Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Promotion, without notice, for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion. Employees of Young Living and its associated entities and their spouses and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. All Participants who qualify will be subject to auditing or verification of their Point totals.
By participating in the Promotion, you (i) acknowledge compliance with these Promotion Rules, including all eligibility requirements, (ii) warrant that any information you provide in connection with this Promotion is true and accurate, and (iii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Young Living, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Participants who have not complied with these Promotion Rules are subject to disqualification.
The Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Netherlands.
In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in other Promotion materials (including, without limitation, any point of sale, online or print advertising), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. Young Living’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
